Red Beryl USA · Atlanta
Red Beryl is the business intelligence company Jaron Solomon and I founded. Our work starts in fine jewelry, where a single bridal customer can be worth decades of business and almost nobody can see it. Marketing reports leads, the sales floor reports revenue, the point of sale reports transactions, and nobody connects the three. We connect them.
Why jewelry
A bridal customer reads, compares and calls long before she visits. By the time she buys, the ad that started it is long forgotten by every report you own.
The ring leads to the band, the anniversary, the push present, the repair, the next generation. Most jewelers measure the first ticket and miss the rest.
Phone, CRM, point of sale and ad accounts each tell part of the story. Red Beryl puts them in one view an owner can actually decide from.
Clients
Family-owned, diamond-centered, relationship-driven jewelers with real marketing budgets and a reputation worth protecting.

Where it started
A family jeweler and the place Red Beryl was built. As Chief Marketing Officer since February 2025, I connected the store’s phone system, CRM, point of sale and ad accounts into one view, then used it to decide where every marketing dollar goes: search, radio, streaming audio and the launch of the Sylvie collection on a new Shopify store.
What it proved: an owner-operated jeweler can see which marketing produced which sale, in its own numbers, without an agency standing in the middle.

Fractional CMO
An 11-store Florida jewelry retailer. Red Beryl serves as IDC’s fractional CMO: marketing leadership, vendor oversight, and the analysis that turns eleven stores of sales history into decisions.
One finding: across 11,760 ring-and-band buyers, 4 in 10 bought the band the same day, two-thirds within six months, and four in five within a year. Two stores captured the band almost only at the ring counter, which tells you exactly where the follow-up is being lost.

Intelligence and integration
One of the best-known independent jewelers in the Washington area, with a reputation built over decades and three stores across the region. Red Beryl is building the intelligence layer for Mervis: documenting how the business runs, connecting its store and marketing data, and preserving what made the name trusted while modernizing what sits behind it.
Why it fits: I spent five years selling media in Washington, where Mervis was the jewelry name every listener already knew. The job now is to keep that trust and give it better instruments.

Common questions
A business intelligence company for owner-operated businesses, founded in Atlanta by Nick Constantino and Jaron Solomon. Its work starts in fine jewelry. It is not a marketing agency.
Jewelers, starting with three:
Because the founders run a jewelry business, and because jewelry is one of the hardest categories to measure: long research cycles, high-value purchases and customers who come back for years.
Yes, with owner-operated and multi-location businesses that share the same problem: real marketing spend and no clear view of what it returns.
